OUR PRODUCTION
WE ARE SPINNING ELASTIC
To produce our flexible braided yarn we use as a soul in a standard natural rubber threads, food quality and elastomers. Our conveting-materials are nylon, polyester, cotton and rayon in raw white and colored state.
Our production involves the following steps:

Coning
Warping

All the covering-material has to be spooled, before the covering-process.

COVERING DEPARTMENT
The elastic core is covered with non-elastic material. There are single-covered and double-covered yarns, which are put up on cylindric tubes.

CONING DEPARTMENT
In case the non-direct-tubes are desired, the elastic covered yarn is coned on the demanded make-ups.

WARPING DEPARTMENT
The demanded number of threads are warped on different types of beams. These beams are usually used in the narrow-weaving.
